  • We are seeking a talented and dynamic Social Media Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the luxury market and interior design with a proven track record in managing and growing social media platforms. This role requires a creative thinker who can develop engaging content, drive brand awareness, and enhance our online presence. As Social Media Editor you will support the Head of Communications in overseeing the delivery of Tara Bernerd & Partners’ social media channels. The long-term objective is to nurture and grow our social media channels by improving engagement and reach as well as expanding into new platforms.

  • Content Creation and Curation: o Develop and implement a compelling social media strategy aligned with our brand’s vision and goals. o Create, curate, and manage high-quality, visually appealing content across all social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others). o Collaborate with our design team to showcase our projects through visuals, behind-the-scenes content, and stories. o Assist in filming and editing videos to produce high quality and engaging content.

    • Social Media Management: o Propose an effective schedule to publish posts, ensuring a consistent brand voice and aesthetic. o Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to foster community engagement. o Utilise social media management tools to analyse performance metrics, track engagement, and optimise content strategy. o Plan and execute targeted social media campaigns to promote new projects, product launches, events, and collaborations.

    • Trend Analysis and Reporting: o Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices. o Provide regular reports on social media performance, including insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

    • Proven experience in social media management, preferably within the luxury, interior design or hospitality industry.

    • Strong understanding of visual aesthetics and experience with graphic design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).

    • Creative, strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.

    • Proven track record of growing social media followings and engagement.

    • Solid understanding of marketing principles and strategies.

    • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Social Media Editor 

Full time position in London 

Senior Designer FF&E

Full time position in London 

  • Tara Bernerd & Partners is currently seeking an all-round designer with strong FF&E expertise and focus. The role will involve working primarily on TBP’s high profile hospitality and commercial residential projects.

    The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years’ experience working within the hospitality and restaurant sector, and/or high-end residential and should be able to demonstrate a proven ability to run small to mid-size projects or as part of a team on large-scale projects.

    Impeccable taste levels combined with strong technical skills and FF&E background are essential.  Must have experience of delivering projects from concept to site installation, with extensive experience of liaising with and overseeing the procurement agent. A relevant degree in Design, Fine Arts, Curating or Visual Culture would be preferable.

    Immediate start preferred.

    • Creative direction (developing ideas/concepts, bringing ideas to the project)

    • Demonstrate conceptual thinking, curiosity and an abundance of design ideas

    • Be an excellent designer with strong research, conception, design, modelling and technical drawing skills and an appreciation for the detail required to realise world-class projects

    • Highly organised, able to work both independently and in a small team, and comfortable taking on responsibility with a meticulous and proactive mindset

    • Manage, source, select and production of interior design and FF&E on a variety of project types including hotel, restaurant, residential, etc

    • Travel internationally to assist in presentations or site assistance may be required

    • Coordinate and work with the team in the development of overall initial design concepts & palettes

    • Prepare schemes and sample boards to include, all fixed finishes, furniture finishes, fabrics, and accessories

    • Prepare detailed specifications/spec books

    • Design bespoke furniture and prepare furniture detailed drawings where applicable

    • Develop necessary and appropriate budgets required for the assigned project.

    • Assist procurement agents with all value engineering of furniture and fabrics, & public area quantities

    • Management of all project control samples with team

    • Review shop drawings and follow up on all manufactured items

    • Contact with client/consultants/vendors on all FF&E matters and attend site meetings

    • Researching of new fabrics and suppliers

    • Produce/check all FF&E documents/schedules produced by others to ensure accuracy

    • Work closely with the team to ensure all FF&E documentation/information is coordinated throughout detail design packages and layouts

    • Overseeing and supporting other members of the FF&E team

    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Spec Sources, Spec Designer and InDesign

    • Pro-active, confident and inquisitive.

    • Excellent communication skills

    • Must show a positive attitude and Leadership skills

    • Strong organisational and time management skills

    • Must be productive, flexible, and team-oriented

Midweight Interior Designer

Full time position in London 

  • TB&P is currently seeking all-round middleweight designers to join its ever-growing team. The role will involve working primarily on TB&P’s high profile hospitality and/or exclusive commercial residential projects.

    The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years’ experience working within the hospitality and/or luxury residential and have experience in playing a vital role as part of a team to deliver successful projects to a high level of excellence from initial briefing and concept to site installation.

    The Designer will work directly with a Lead Designer assisting in the design creation and documentation production of interior design projects.

  • Coordinate and work with the team in the development of overall initial design concepts & palettes

    Assist in the management, source, selection and production of FF&E and interior architecture on a variety of project types

    Assist in the preparation of detailed specifications/spec books to ensure all FF&E documentation/information is coordinated throughout detail design packages

    Assist procurement agents with value engineering of furniture and fabrics, and public area quantities

    Review shop drawings and follow up on manufactured items to ensure design intent is retained

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, InDesign, Spec Designer.
